Questions

What does "ink pad is at the end of its service life" mean?

Your printer counts the ink it sends to the waste ink pads during cleaning and printing. When the count reaches its limit, it stops printing to prevent leaks. Resetting the counter clears the message.

Do I still need to replace the pads?

Resetting the counter does not empty the pads. Check or replace them, or fit an external waste ink tank, to avoid ink leaking from the printer.

How long does it take?

Most resets are completed shortly after we receive your payment and order details.

What if the reset doesn't work?

Email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will look at it again. If the reset did not work or was not successful, we will issue a refund.
